Marel IPM X400 portioning machine.

Fixed weight or fixed size portioner originally designed for meat but also capable of portioning fish and poultry.

Benefits of an X400

• Much stronger motor than most comparable machines like X300 or I-cut 10/11
• Wider belt for larger product
• 2 Wide hold down belts with extra hold-down blade, this is to prevent the product from jumping.
• Hold down device after portioning, this to keep the product nicely placed before it exits the machine.
• Top view camera with option to install mirrors for more 'vision' for a more accurate cut for irregular products like meat or whole fish.
