Marel I-cut 10 portioning machine.

The machine provides a three-dimensional measurement of a product, the computer finds an optimal cutting pattern and a cutting unit cuts the net due to a pre-set pattern.

The camera scans a raw material and the computer determines its size. The M3000 controller chooses an appropriate cutting scheme and calculates the parameters of the object. Due to this parameter, a technological assignment adapted to this product is determined. Portioning conforms to the chosen requirements. A single piece of product passes through the complete cutting cycle, the machine is ready to work with the next piece.

The machine manages by the M3000 controller with the user interface. The controller has a large color screen and a waterproof sensor panel. Waterproof durable stainless steel body (IP67). The controller can be connected to various Marel devices included in the technology systems.
