FAM Flexifam
Great machine used for either strip-cutter, slicer or dicer, easily adjustable.
High speed machine for many types of different products.
The Flexifam is a 3D dicing machine. The product is first sliced according to the slice thickness set manually with the control knob. These discs are then cut into strips by the circular knives. Finally, the chopping roller makes beautiful square or elongated blocks in the desired size.
