Multivac R570CD thermoformer with SKIN-pack and MAP combined.
A monster machine ideal for high capacity packing of red meat or similar.
First a skin-pack packaging is made, after this process a top seal with MAP is added to the tray. This to ensure the best possible shelf life and the fresh colour of the meat is maintained.
