Stainless steel mixing tank for dressings and sauces

This mixing tank has an agitator from Parema Procestechniek (type PAR5L-25, built 2006) and was used as a dressing mixer. The tank has a hinged lid and a conical bottom with outlet, and stands on legs with castors.

Agitator speed is set steplessly with the dial on the control cabinet, which houses a frequency inverter.
