Complete weighing, packaging and case packing line with Yamato and GEA SmartPacker SX400

A complete line from weigher to shipping case, offered as one set

This automatic line weighs products, packs them in bags and places the bags in shipping cases, in one continuous process. On top sits a Yamato Dataweigh multihead weigher in stainless steel, which doses the product accurately into a GEA CFS SmartPacker SX400. This vertical form-fill-seal machine has the Quattro Seal version, for four-side sealed bags that stand up well. The SmartPacker has automatic film unwinding, integrated sealing units and a touchscreen with recipe management.

After packing, a BluePrint Automation HVP system from 2003 takes care of product handling and transport, after which a Rembrandt Packaging / Lantech case packer from 2005 places the bags in cases automatically. The associated conveyor systems are included. The line suits a range of dry and free-flowing products, depending on configuration, and is only offered as a complete set.
